Clinical Nurse Educator – Procedural Services Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to oversee education across multiple procedural services, including Bronchoscopy, Endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, and Pain Management. This role provides educational leadership across procedural areas by focusing on standardized orientation, competency validation, and ongoing professional development. The Clinical Nurse Educator partners closely with nursing leadership, clinical specialists, and the Center for Clinical and Professional Development to support consistent, high-quality nursing practice across procedural services. Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with the Associate Chief for the Center for Clinical and Professional Development, Nurse Managers, and Assistant Nurse Managers, the Clinical Nurse Educator oversees education and competency development across multiple procedural units. Practicing within the Lahey Clinic Professional Practice Model, the Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act, and ANA Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, the Clinical Nurse Educator promotes excellence in nursing practice by serving as both a clinical expert and an educational resource to nursing staff. Accountability, continuity of care, and high-quality patient outcomes are central to this role.
