About The Position

Must be able to work a flexible schedule Organizing and coordinating organization-wide training and development programs with particular focus on clinical education in the Emergency Room Incorporates Standard Practices into teaching outlines, as applicable, with interdisciplinary teams for Standard Practice review and revision Researches teaching resources, designs, develops, obtains audio-visuals and other aids; Implements program evaluation studies and makes appropriate recommendations or modifications to programs to assure attainment of pre-established goals; coordinates efforts with community-based programs, and all related functions as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of nursing
• 1-2 years previous experience working in a busy ED Department
• Florida RN license
• ACLS, BLS, PALS
• flexible
• self-sufficient
• ready to jump in to different case loads with strong assessment, communication and organization skills

• Critical Care or ED Course a Plus
