About The Position

The ReKlame Health NP Fellowship Program is a 12-month, full-time clinical training experience designed for newly graduated Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who are eager to grow and learn, while making a meaningful impact early in their careers. This program provides concentrated, hands-on training in serious mental illness (SMI) and substance use disorders (SUD), offering clinical depth and exposure rarely available in graduate programs or early-career roles. Throughout the program, Fellows gain hands-on experience in: Treating Serious Mental Illness (SMI), including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and complex co-occurring conditions Substance use and addiction care, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) High-acuity outpatient telepsychiatry Trauma-informed, culturally responsive care Evidence-based psychopharmacology and risk management Fellows are supported through weekly didactics, direct clinical mentorship, monthly competency assessments, and structured feedback designed to promote steady growth and confidence.
