Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT)
• One (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology
• Current certification in cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
• Ability to insert an intravenous catheter

Responsibilities

• A training position preparing individuals to gain certification.
• Fellows will work under the supervision of a registered CT technologist in providing CT exams per physician orders.
• Position will offer eligibility for certification after 22 weeks of clinical and didactic training.
• After successful completion of program, the fellow will be eligible to apply for the ARRT certification examination.
• Upon passing the certification exam, residents will be assigned to positions as CT Technologists and agree to a two (2) year employment commitment with Northside.
