Requirements

Beginner ability to read blueprints and determine critical values.
Attention to detail is crucial to achieve our precise results.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production results utilizing our CNC dicing machines.
Continuous use of microscope and micrometers for inspection, centering and measuring of dicing results.
Access the computerized Nozzle Database for all specifications for each variation of our nozzles.
Maintain equipment and ensure a safe clean working environment before, during and after dicing and inspection.
Basic CNC dicing machine set up with wheel location and adjustments.
Back cuts and “T” plate operations.
Grind scribe on back side of blanks.
Make adjustments to programs to achieve depth and width when dicing operations do not comply with the specification that are listed in the database.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines set forth by Nordson Corp.
Interact daily with other team members to ensure results are consistent.
