What you’ll achieve As the NA Social & Influencer Strategy Lead, you will develop the local social media strategy for all business segments. You will partner with internal and external teams to build a influencer strategy to support NA region. You will work cross-functionally with the Global Social Media team, Regional Media Planning, Global Creative and Corp Communications. You will:

Requirements

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, and across multiple stakeholder teams
  • 8+ years’ experience managing social media or digital marketing programs
  • Proven expertise in influencer marketing and social media strategy with North America market experience
  • Demonstrate solid project management and ability to multitask/run multiple activities concurrently.
  • Effectively handle multiple ad-hoc requests/projects
  • Strong team player and supporter
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple direction changes

Responsibilities

  • Translate global social strategy into regional social strategy for the North America markets that integrates paid, owned and earned
  • Develop a regional full funnel influencer social media strategy for all platforms
  • Manage the agencies involved in the regional Social Media Hub, including planning & strategy, SOW, budget management, quarterly and annual briefings to drive best-in-class paid, owned and earned social media
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the business to find ways to leverage social, aligned with business needs and brand moments
  • Oversee all regional activations to help build our brand and product strategies
  • Establish measurement and reporting structure to evaluate impact of social strategy including ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams internally/externally with agencies/vendors to forecast, drive, and monitor performance
  • Stay current with and assess industry and social media trends, tools, platforms, innovations, and best practices while showcasing the ability/desire to create/find new levels and opportunities to test and learn.
