This position is responsible for overseeing and improving the account reconciliation process for North America. Key duties include preparing monthly management scorecards, supporting the administration of Stellantis’ account reconciliation system, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance reconciliation quality and executive reporting. The role involves collaborating with global teams on best practices, working with internal and external auditors, and supporting internal controls compliance and improvement initiatives. The Lead will also interface with subject matter experts for training development, ensure the completion of management action plans for Accounting & Finance, supervise outsourced service provider personnel for system administration and control monitoring, and undertake special projects as assigned.
