Morgan Stanley at Work, a division within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, encompasses Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Solutions, Shareworks by Morgan Stanley Equity Compensation, and Financial Wellness. This division is a key growth area for the Firm, integrating significant acquisitions like ETrade and Solium. Morgan Stanley at Work offers comprehensive solutions to NQDC plan sponsors and executive/plan participants, including oversight, recommendations for plan design and administration, funding optimization strategies, NQDC education materials, and financial wellness support through Financial Advisors. The NQDC Change Management Lead AVP will play a crucial role in supporting key initiatives across HR Modernization, participant experience change, and call center transition. This position requires close collaboration with Product, Project Management, Client Service, and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition to a scalable, efficient, and integrated platform.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant financial services industry or related experience with a focus on Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plans
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team

Nice To Haves

  • experience with reporting or CRM tools a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Project Management to scale the MS Deferred Comp Admin platform to support large, complex plan structure, including the MS Deferred Cash Plan
  • Collaborate with Product to migrate NQDC participants to the ETRADE digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless adoption and high satisfaction
  • Support the development of both interim and target operating models for participant servicing and call center operations
  • Identify, communicate, and manage the process impacts associated with platform and workflow change
  • Support training and feedback loops to enable adoption of new platforms, processes, and service model
