The NQDC Change Management Lead AVP will play a crucial role in supporting key initiatives across HR Modernization, participant experience change, and call center transition. This position requires close collaboration with Product, Project Management, Client Service, and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition to a scalable, efficient, and integrated platform.
