The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Manager supervises, organizes, and directs the work of the NNP’s both at DCH and the units supported by the Neonatal Regionalization Support Program (NRSP). The NNP Manager under general supervision organizes and directs the work of the NNP’s and programs; coordinates staff to assure that effective NNP services are provided, and quality standards are met. Staffing consists of NNP’s scheduled and as needed. The function of the NNP Manager is to develop and maintain an environment that supports the NNP’s within the Driscoll Health System and its affiliates. A multidisciplinary team approach to care is utilized. The function of the NNP Manager is to develop and maintain an environment that supports the professional nurse, medical, and ancillary staff.
