About The Position

Plastipak is looking for an experienced Maintenance Specialist with expertise in Nissei Blow Molding equipment. As a Nissei Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining Nissei production machines to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You’ll also support additional machinery and equipment, including Plastipak’s state-of-the-art proprietary technologies. Schedule Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM Rotation: 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off Pay We pay for experience. Starting at $30+/hour, with higher pay based on experience. Execute and continuously improve preventive maintenance procedures on Nissei and other production equipment. Participate in machine changeovers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and operational procedures. Utilize Plastipak’s training programs, certifications, and hands-on experience to grow your career. What You Bring High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience maintaining Nissei or Aoki equipment. Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in plastic manufacturing machinery and equipment. Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Ownership of standard hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets, ratchets, etc.). Requirements
