About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Night Manager, Finishing! We’re looking for an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee night shift finishing operations, including overwrap and slitter production. This role is ideal for a results-driven manager who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about operational excellence, quality, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s degree preferred)
• 8+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production operations
• Experience managing finishing, overwrap, slitter, or similar production environments
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO, OSHA, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing information systems (MIS)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage night shift finishing operations across overwrap and slitter work units
• Partner with department leadership to achieve on-time delivery, productivity, cost, and quality targets
• Align staffing and resources to meet production demands and customer requirements
• Monitor production schedules, address bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions proactively
• Partner with supervisors and maintenance to diagnose and resolve equipment and operational issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, ISO, QMS, and company policies
• Review performance, provide coaching, and support employee development
