About The Position

Join our team as a Grocery Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. Requirements

• Supervisory experience in retail or grocery
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Ability to lift heavy items
• Ability to work 11PM-7AM or 12PM-8AM
