About The Position

Role Description: NextGen Itern Location: NJ/PA Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented summer intern to join the NextGen team. The right candidate will work in 1 of 3 areas across the program; Organizational Change Management (OCM), Program Management (PMO) and/or Data. These roles offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a large-scale business transformation project with a focus on SAP, Ariba, and other innovative technology. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: Training: Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, including demos, FAQs, and e-learning content. Support the development of training schedules and coordinate logistics for training sessions. Gather feedback from trainers to improve training programs and materials. Communication: Assist with the development and distribution of internal communications, including newsletters, briefing decks, social media postings, and meeting minutes. Ensure clear and consistent messaging across the program. Project Management: Provide support in planning, executing, and monitoring program activities. Help track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Data: Collaborate with team to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications. Assist in data validation, cleansing, and analysis to ensure data integrity. Support the development of reports and dashboards using program tools. Troubleshoot technical issues related to data tools and systems within the appropriate environments. Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and issue trackers. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accessible. Reporting: Generate regular reports on project status, risks, and issues.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of project management principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
