About The Position

Newly Barred Intake Attorney (Employment Law) (Bilingual Spanish) Why This Role Is Different This is not your typical behind-the-scenes legal role. As the first attorney a prospective client speaks with, you’ll be making high-stakes, high-impact decisions right from the start. You’ll help people understand their rights, determine if they have a viable case, and guide them toward representation. In addition to handling consultations, you’ll also represent the firm at large events with the team — speaking directly with clients, answering their questions, and building trust in person. This unique mix of intake, advocacy, and outreach makes the role both dynamic and highly impactful.
