This is a unique opportunity to build a new division from the ground up, focused on acquiring new fleet customers and delivering comprehensive service solutions. As our Fleet Sales Professional, you will be responsible for creating and managing a new fleet department dedicated to meeting the needs of businesses with fleet vehicles. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by acquiring new fleet customers and offering them a suite of full-service solutions. Your role will include overseeing up-fit packages, managing priority service appointments, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fleet management, automotive sales, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of fleet operations, up-fit packages, and service solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to build and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Strategy: Create a strategic plan for building and expanding the fleet department, including customer acquisition strategies and service offerings.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential fleet customers through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Service Solutions: Offer full-service solutions including up-fit packages tailored to fleet needs, and manage priority service appointments to ensure optimal vehicle up-time.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team to support fleet operations and customer service excellence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to continually refine and improve fleet services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet services and customer satisfaction.
