About The Position

Longview Autoplex, located in Longview, Texas, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a New/Used Car Sales Person. This is a full-time, salaried position in the fast-paced and competitive automotive industry. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and ultimately closing sales of new and used vehicles. Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and close sales
Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
Proficient with technology and computer skills
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
Listen to customers' needs and guide them through the sales process
Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with potential customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Negotiate pricing and sales terms with customers
Maintain a thorough knowledge of new and used vehicle inventory and features
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals
Complete all necessary paperwork and follow-up tasks related to sales transactions
Attend sales training and meetings to stay up-to-date on new products and techniques
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and address any customer concerns promptly and professionally
