The New Neighbor Success Lead plays a central role in guiding prospective residents through every stage of the Flow experience, from initial exploration to the moment they move into their new home. Using a thoughtful blend of data insights, human judgment, and Flowâs proprietary technology, this role ensures that every individual or family discovers how Flowâs conscious communities can support their personal journey. Flow offers flexible opportunities to live for 3 days, 3 weeks, or 3 years, and the New Neighbor Success Lead is responsible for understanding each prospectâs unique circumstances in order to tailor the Flow experience to their needs. This is an on-site role, embedded in the daily rhythm of our communities. You will be on the ground floor of Flowâs business, learning the foundational actions and systems that shape our resident experience.
