Our vision is to build 1,000+ homes per year by becoming the finest custom home builder in the U.S.A. This role is designed as a structured-on ramp into a full New Home Specialist position. As a New Home Specialist Associate, you’ll work closely alongside an experienced NHS, taking on associate-level responsibilities while learning the full scope of the role – from the sales process and client experience to systems, and product knowledge. As you build mastery and consistency, you’ll transition into a high-performing, commission-based New Home Specialist at Brown Haven Homes. Requirements

  • Proven Relationship-Based Sales Experience. 2+ years of experience in homebuilding or a track record of success in real estate, account management, or other consultative sales roles where trust and follow-through matter.
  • Clear & Confident Communicator. You connect with clients and colleagues in a way that builds trust.
  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable. You pick up new systems quickly and thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for Homebuilding. You love guiding clients through the process of creating their dream home.
  • Buy into the BH culture of values, why, & vision are foundational to success. Traits that succeed at BH include a “Do it Now” attitude, an attraction to meaningful work & relationships through radical truth & radical transparency, a strong work ethic, positive thinking, integrity, and Intelligence.
