The New Home Counselor role is responsible for generating and following-up on leads, qualifying and educating buyers on Mattamy's products, driving sales volume, and guiding homebuyers through the entire sales process. This includes developing a community business plan, identifying marketing strategies, and fostering Realtor partnerships to meet sales goals. Counselors are expected to provide an exceptional home buying experience by educating buyers on the community, products, offerings, and the overall process, including design, mortgage, construction, and closing. The role also involves achieving customer service performance goals and staying informed about market conditions, property values, and real estate legislation through meetings.
