Here, you will make an impact by: Market Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify new platform opportunities, emerging trends, and unmet customer needs. Analyze competitive landscapes and industry shifts to uncover high-potential markets. Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, target segments, pricing, and distribution channels. Align marketing strategies with broader corporate goals and new platform objectives. New Product Launch: Lead the end-to-end process of new product introduction—from concept validation through commercialization. Create launch plans, develop marketing collateral, and ensure successful execution across multiple channels. Product management of launched products, ensuring new products are meeting their KPIs. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Work closely with R D to ensure the new platform is aligned with market needs and technological feasibility. Develop business models and financial projections, ensuring profitability and long-term growth, then partner with finance to ensure alignment to CBG expectations. Coach cross-functional and upskill team members in key aspects of marketing. Brand Development & Customer Engagement: Define and communicate the platform's value proposition, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints. Build the brand identity for the new platform and establish strong customer engagement strategies, including digital marketing, social media, and direct-to-consumer initiatives. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, market penetration, and customer feedback to gauge the platform's success. Adjust marketing strategies based on performance data and emerging insights. Innovation Pipeline Management: Continuously seek feedback from customers and the market to inform future product iterations and platform extensions. Collaborate with R D to foster ongoing innovation and keep the platform relevant and competitive. Market Research: Set the strategy for market research, determining goals, direction, and methods to support the overall growth strategy. Partner with Insights to utilize customer insights to develop and execute marketing strategies and programs.
