About The Position

BAYADA is seeking a New Grad LPN to join their team, offering a supportive environment for nurses to learn new skills, grow, and advance their careers. The role focuses on one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling. BAYADA provides in-depth paid training, including access to award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs, and around-the-clock clinical support. The company's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care, with Clinical Managers dedicated to ensuring new nurses are comfortable and confident. The position involves caring for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels in a home health care setting. A commitment bonus is also offered.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing
