BAYADA offers a Nurse Residency Program for new graduate LPNs, accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC), focusing on one-on-one patient care in a home care setting. Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing
