About the role: As a New Grad Leadership HR Generalist, you will be a part of the Career Catalyst Program, a program designed to expose potential leaders to multiple departments with growing responsibility. You will rotate through multiple departments at Westinghouse, such as Human Resources Business Partner Operations, Talent Operations and Total Rewards. The intent of the Career Catalyst Program is to support our growing business, develop leaders, display aspects of being a corporate steward and identify future career interests You will report to the Senior Director - HRBP and work a hybrid schedule located in Cranberry, PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or HR discipline.
  • You are willing to relocate based on business opportunities
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative
  • Comfortable in a quickly moving environment while balancing tasks
  • Flexibility to relocate based on the job rotations
  • Outstanding academic achievement

Responsibilities

  • Through a series of rotations, lead projects, deliver value across multiple departments and global locations. Meanwhile, gain hands-on experience and develop an understanding of different areas within the function.
  • 2-year rotational experience provides a unique experience by working in roles designed to provide experiential learning
  • Three 8-month rotational assignments across different Human Resources that are impactful experiences with high levels of responsibility
  • Work on meaningful projects across multiple HR disciplines that align with your interests and aspirations
  • Identify areas of improvement to propose solutions to enhance the efficiency of each rotational department
  • Focused development on leadership, such as communication, conflict resolution and change management
  • Equip strategic decision-making for future leadership roles
  • Exposure to broader business strategies and how can align with organizational goals
