As a member of the New Client Development team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our New Client Development (NCD) management team and Sales Planners to help provide an excellent prospect-to-client experience. Our NCD team provides fiduciary advice with a specific focus on turning prospects into clients. We are looking for someone to help optimize process and reporting, perform quality control, coordinate client and prospect meetings, and perform related administrative functions. Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer) is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with or comfortable efficiently learning Salesforce and other software applications that are both proprietary and non-proprietary
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required
  • Able to adapt to changes in the work environment, handle challenging demands and work with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
  • Position requires a high level of confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Review onboarding cases and work with Sales Planner to correct issues or missing information
  • Create and update Salesforce dashboards to track individual and team production
  • Create and update daily/weekly/monthly production and metrics reporting for leadership and team distribution
  • Perform quality control for New Client Inflows (NCI) reporting and other key metrics reporting
  • Prepare quarterly payment reports for leadership approval
  • Assist with scheduled meeting planner reassignments due to misrouted sets, double bookings, PTO, STO, etc.
  • Assist with rescheduling and placing calls to clients when Sales Planners are running long in another client meeting
  • Monitor inbox for urgent client emails when Sales Planners are out of the office
  • Triage permission and tech issues with Box, Record Center, DocuSign, FPT, prospect/client portal etc.
  • Support the firm’s initiatives, assist with any company-wide projects and activities, and attend functions as needed
  • Participation in projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts as needed
