Qualities we require: - Previous desking and closing skills required. -Team Building Skills/Strong Leadership Skills. -Experience managing Large sales staff -Self-Starter/Goal Oriented/Strong Work Ethic/Integrity/Attention to Detail. -Professional communication and people skills. -Positive attitude with high-energy personality/Professional appearance. -Willingness to learn, receptive to new ideas/Ability to be a Team Player. -Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. -Bi-lingual is a plus. You will need to also include: - 3 current references (exclude friends or family) Applicants must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US. Must have a valid driver license and a good driving record. Employment based on passing a drug and background check.
