The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting with the overall performance of the Internet Sales Department operations, ensuring that the department meets the necessary objectives while creating and implementing action plans. The Internet Sales Manager will be required to run an efficient and profitable Sales Department through productive staffing, customer retention and achievement of objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of dealership experience required
• Flexible work schedule including weekend shifts
• All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports.

Nice To Haves

• strong internet sales experience, a PLUS!!
• Luxury dealership experience preferred
• Business Development Center, telephone sales or internet sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish monthly and annual sales objectives for units, gross profit and expenses
• Responsible for tracking, responding to, and managing all Internet sales leads
• Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
• Review market analysis and sales reports
• Develops guest-prospecting file upon receipt of a lead
• Quotes pricing, rates and automobile availability to guests within department guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by management
