Requirements

  • Prior experience as a New Car Sales Manager or a consistent top-performing sales professional with leadership potential
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, desking, and CRM platforms
  • Experience in DriveCentric and Reynolds is required
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the new car sales department
  • Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Hire, train, and develop high-performing sales consultants
  • Drive traffic and business development through strategic planning and local outreach
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered consistently throughout the sales process
  • Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve overall dealership objectives
