Requirements

  • 2-3 years dealership sales management experience required
  • Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Superior auto sales and sales management experience
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
  • We are searching for a true leader with the ability to train and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activity of the sales staff
  • Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
  • Track ad sourcing
  • Ensure sales goals are attained
  • Sales Staff Recruiting, Training and Development
  • The New Vehicle Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.
  • This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.
