Requirements

• 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, or similar industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency
• Must have the flexibility of schedule to work nights, holidays, and weekends
• Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained responses, including outgoing phone calls
• Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building
• Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation & deliveries
• Check insurance, identification and update systems
• Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork/digital assets
• Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more

Responsibilities

• Meeting new customers and working to build a long term relationship
• Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees and assisting customers
• Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor
