A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Drive new business acquisition in the Commercial Business Unit, focusing on Commercial (CAS) products, (ii) Achieve sales growth plan goals through the break specification of projects with LiftMaster products, including frequency of installation; work cross-functionally to ensure achievement of key sales performance indicators. (iii) Understand the respective product line inside and out, and be able to communicate that effectively to customers, prospects and industry influencers alike, (iv) Track prospects in a sales pipeline and (v) Build and manage relationships with national and regional commercial developers and installing commercial dealers on overall programs.
