About the Role We’re looking for a results-driven, self-motivated professional to join our team as New Business Lead, Element Fleet Essentials. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue performance within Element Fleet Essentials’ offering. You will focus on acquiring new clients and expanding Element’s presence among small to mid-sized commercial fleets by positioning Fleet Essentials as a simplified, scalable, and cost-effective fleet solution. You will own new business acquisition and pipeline development within an assigned territory or portfolio, ensuring prospective clients are strategically developed and transitioned into long-term, value-driven relationships.
