This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to strategy, sales, and marketing in a fast-paced, mission-driven agency environment. What You’ll Do Support enterprise growth initiatives by assisting with research, pitch development, and proposal preparation for prospective healthcare clients Learn how integrated healthcare marketing solutions are positioned, scoped, and sold Conduct market, competitive, and account research to inform business development and growth strategy Gain exposure to agency growth, enterprise sales cycles, RFP processes, and complex healthcare procurement environments Participate in a cohort-based intern project, presenting insights and recommendations to internal leadership

Requirements

  • Recent or upcoming May 2026 college graduates or rising seniors
  • Students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the healthcare marketing industry
