About The Position

As a New Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging high-level decision makers and uncovering new business opportunities. You will serve as a trusted advisor to industry partners, navigating complex organizations and presenting solutions that address their most pressing needs. This role blends strategic prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling, requiring resilience, discipline, and exceptional communication skills. You will own the sales cycle from outreach to contract execution while collaborating with leadership to refine strategy and expand market presence. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments and are passionate about building long-term partnerships that deliver measurable business impact. Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent; advanced degrees may reduce required years of experience.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in new business development or hunter-style sales roles.
  • Proven success selling into complex organizations, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling into insurance carriers or the auto glass sector is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to access and influence senior executive decision makers.
  • Strong cold calling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with high discipline, resilience, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset to navigate multi-stakeholder opportunities.

  • Experience selling into insurance carriers or the auto glass sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage senior-level executives, including CEOs, Presidents, and Chief Claims Officers.
  • Execute disciplined new business development strategies focused on pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Present solutions and value propositions to prospective clients, advancing them through the sales cycle.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder organizations to address business needs and secure agreements.
  • Partner with leadership during contract discussions to drive successful deal execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, activity, and forecasting within CRM systems.
  • Continuously build industry knowledge to better serve clients and position offerings effectively.
