New Business Clerk

We are currently looking to fill a full-time Policy Issue Clerk position in our new business department. This is an entry level position with a starting wage between $12-$16/hour (depending on experience) with a Monday - Friday schedule. Requirements
- Fluent Spanish speaking
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Type 50+ wpm
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 4:45 pm

Responsibilities
- Enter New applications
- Inbound & outbound calls from the sales force
- Provide excellent customer service on phone and thru email
- Assist with Underwriting responsibilities and tasks
- Other special projects as assigned
