About The Position

Hope Network’s Neurological Rehabilitation program in Grand Rapids provides a
supportive residential environment for individuals recovering from brain
injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions. As a Neuro
Rehabilitation Technician, you’ll play a vital hands-on role in helping clients
regain independence, confidence, and quality of life.

You’ll help create a positive, therapeutic environment by providing
person-centered care, supporting daily living activities, and assisting with
essential medical tasks. Your work directly supports clients’ recovery and

This is an excellent entry-level healthcare opportunity—all training is
provided.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mealtime needs
• Maintain dignity, privacy, and safety at all times
• Monitor vital signs
• Assist with mobility exercises
• Support medication management
• Provide basic wound, catheter, and colostomy care
• Facilitate PT/OT exercises as directed by therapists
• Transport clients to appointments
• Document progress and observations
• Build trusting relationships
• Encourage independence and engagement
• Promote a positive, healing environment
