Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
Must be able to meet the travel and scheduling demands of the role, which generally includes driving person’s served. A valid driver’s license is typically required; exceptions may be made based on site-specific NEEDS and/or circumstances.
At least one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or mental health needs, including those who require higher levels of behavioral support.
Candidates must be comfortable supporting individuals who may display behaviors such as hitting, kicking, biting, or elopement, and able to implement established behavioral support and safety protocol.
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to pass background checks as applicable
Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
Possess basic computer skills
