The Head of Networks owns the global network strategy, architecture, and operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity across enterprise and cloud environments.

Requirements

Strong network leadership and architecture background
Proven experience managing global teams
Vendor and financial management expertise
10+ years in senior network leadership roles

Responsibilities

Leads and develops global network teams
Owns performance management and talent development
Accountable for network budgets and vendors
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Define global network strategy and multi-year roadmap
Own SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, and perimeter architecture
Ensure SLA performance and service reliability
Manage strategic vendors and service providers
Drive network security and Zero Trust alignment
