About The Position

AHCA/NCAL is seeking a Coordinator to improve lives by delivering solutions for quality care by providing project coordination, credentialing, operational and administrative support for the Integrated Networks team.

Requirements

  • BA strongly preferred, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare administration, credentialing, network operations, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate credentialing and payer related activities, including outreach via phone call and/or email to retrieve credentialing documentation.
  • Research payer portals, databases, and online systems to support credentialing accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow-up with providers and payers regarding missing, expired, or incomplete documents.
  • Complete and submit credentialing applications and supporting materials to payers.
  • Track quality measures, benchmarks, and outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
