Job Description: We are seeking an accomplished and strategically minded Program Manager to lead high‑impact, large‑scale programs and internal projects that drive organizational transformation. The Program Manager will serve as the central point of leadership and accountability for program execution, balancing priorities, managing risks, resolving interdependencies, and aligning program outcomes with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Lead-To-Cash systems and processes. Some technical experience in Lead-to-Cash is beneficial but not required. The ideal candidate will thrive in highly complex environments, influences senior stakeholders, and delivers measurable business value across cost, efficiency, and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management roles within complex, multi‑business environments.
  • Professional certifications such as PgMP®, PMP®, PMI‑ACP®, or SAFe® Agile strongly preferred.
  • Recognized leader in the project/program management community.
  • Expert-level understanding of program and project management methodologies, operational processes, and enterprise tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, Jira Align).
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading transformation initiatives (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, divestitures).
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in highly complex environments and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Leads programs and portfolios affecting multiple organizations, functions, or global business units.
  • Drives initiatives with major enterprise impact, typically influencing $7M–$20M in cost, efficiency, or operational performance.
  • Oversees transformative programs that materially influence long‑term business outcomes.
  • Operates in environments requiring advanced coordination, cross‑functional leadership, and management across multiple global regions.
  • Manages interdependencies across programs, teams, and strategic initiatives.
  • Balances competing priorities while driving clarity, accountability, and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs comprised of multiple interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Define program and project scope, strategy, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with executives and business sponsors.
  • Build and maintain program roadmaps and plans, identifying milestones, critical paths, interdependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Drive governance across programs, establishing frameworks, metrics, and processes to monitor performance and ensure accountability.
  • Proactively manage program risks and opportunities, leveraging analytical insights to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve challenges.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely progress, strategic alignment, and the elimination of bottlenecks.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular communication, transparency in reporting, and alignment on priorities.
  • Facilitate executive decision-making by synthesizing program data, presenting recommendations, and defining trade-offs.
  • Lead program retrospectives to capture lessons learned, share best practices, and continuously improve program execution.
  • Champion organizational change management and ensure adoption of program deliverables across impacted teams or business units.
  • Maintain transparent communication, ensuring alignment of priorities, expectations, and progress.
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts, ensuring approved budgets are met or exceeded.
  • Evaluate business impact of program decisions and guide investment trade‑offs.
  • Manage internal and external resources across multiple regions, with team sizes typically exceeding 20 contributors.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and key contributors, providing performance insights and development recommendations.
  • Champion continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and driving adoption of best practices.
