The Network Transition Manager oversees, coordinates, and leads all aspects of the provider pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding lifecycle. He/she is responsible for developing initiatives and programs to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant transitions for practices, physicians, and providers within Premier Health. This role involves developing and overseeing provider and practice preboarding, conducting workflow assessments and gap analysis, and driving process improvement by partnering with leaders across multiple departments. This individual will use data and analytics to monitor performance and implement best practices. The manager coordinates and aligns various transition activities, acts as a liaison to PPN executive leadership, and collaborates closely with leadership across Premier Health. Strong communication is critical in this role. The Network Transition Manager develops, implements, and continuously improves physician transitions to enhance new hire experience and retention. The manager coordinates and leads all aspects of transition including credentialing, privileging, mal-practice, compliance documentation, and orientation schedules. The manager collaborates with multiple departments across the system to ensure timely completion of pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, and transition tasks while serving as a primary point of contact.
