About The Position

GovCIO is currently hiring for Network/Systems Administrator 2 to support our client’s contract needs. This position is located in the Washington, DC and will be a hybrid remote position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's with 2 - 5 years (or commensurate experience)
• Experience with Apple Devices
• Experience with Cloud Services (AWS, InTune)
• Familiar with Microsoft Servers (2020, MECM)
• Familiar with VPN Technologies
• Must have an active CFTC Public Trust

Responsibilities

• Manage mobility tickets in Service Now, oversee day to day O&M activities, work with your team lead on improvement projects and manage outage mitigation
• Manage activities related to maintenance patching and/or upgrades and projects
• Work with PMO to forecast growth and project opportunities
• Work closely with Govt managers collaborating, reporting all related activities
• Work closely with other technical service areas on escalated issues
• May perform other duties, as assigned
