GovCIO is currently hiring for Network/Systems Administrator 2 to support our client’s contract needs. This position is located in the Washington, DC and will be a hybrid remote position. Requirements

Bachelor's with 2 - 5 years (or commensurate experience)
Experience with Apple Devices
Experience with Cloud Services (AWS, InTune)
Familiar with Microsoft Servers (2020, MECM)
Familiar with VPN Technologies
Must have an active CFTC Public Trust

Responsibilities

Manage mobility tickets in Service Now, oversee day to day O&M activities, work with your team lead on improvement projects and manage outage mitigation
Manage activities related to maintenance patching and/or upgrades and projects
Work with PMO to forecast growth and project opportunities
Work closely with Govt managers collaborating, reporting all related activities
Work closely with other technical service areas on escalated issues
May perform other duties, as assigned
