Network Sales Specialist

About The Position
This role will be part of our Wholesale Team. The task is winning asset shipments in a spot environment. Here, we will be selling our asset capacity to brokers on a daily basis. You will interface with our operating teams to ensure we have a clear vision of the needs of the truck for the day and find the most ideal, highest paying load available.

Responsibilities
- Ability to understand current spot markets
- Track all broker loads provided to the asset teams
- Provide clear communication between all internal and external parties
- Collect and manage all broker load accessorials
- Achieve or exceed company profitability goals
- Ability to learn and understand asset network
- Fill empty asset capacity by providing efficient backhauls
