What you’ll do: Proactively monitor infrastructure associated with the network, server, and telecom environments. Identify and escalate alerts, incidents or problems requiring urgent action. Monitor and review data backups. Create, update, and distribute operational reports. Consult and maintain an internal knowledge base. Verify compliance with conventional guidelines, processes, and policies. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair infrastructure hardware and software. Assist with patch management. Install and configure computer hardware. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements. What you need to have: Associates degree Information Technology, Computers, or related experience with a focus systems infrastructure 3+ years of experience working within IT infrastructure to include the administration, support, and implementation of servers. 3+ years of experience in the areas of virtualization, security, networks, databases, and storage assets. The ability to thrive in a team environment. Great communication skills. Requirements

  • Associates degree Information Technology, Computers, or related experience with a focus systems infrastructure
  • 3+ years of experience working within IT infrastructure to include the administration, support, and implementation of servers.
  • 3+ years of experience in the areas of virtualization, security, networks, databases, and storage assets.
  • The ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Great communication skills.
