Job Summary: The Network Operations Center Technician II (NOCT) is responsible for monitoring, managing, and adhering to Geographic Solutions standards for proactive enterprise systems, infrastructure, network, security, and application monitoring. The NOCT II must be able to provide daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly SLO/SLA reporting within the growing IT infrastructure at Geographic Solutions. As part of the NOC team, the NOCT II will be required to operate and assist in supporting all the Geographic Solutions monitoring and operations-based toolsets including but not limited to, SolarWinds® Orion, Zabbix, PureStorage®, Nimble Storage, VMware VirtualCenter, and other point tools. Geographic Solutions is seeking a candidate with mid-level experience who is capable of working in a fast-paced growing technology company with the ability to run all components related to proactive system, management, incident and problem management, and operational and SLO/SLA reporting. The right candidate will be a self-starter and ready to help configure, manage and run our enterprise monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools and processes. Viable candidates must be willing to work onsite at GSI's headquarters in Palm Harbor, Florida daily.
