About The Position

We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician for our data center in Downtown Dallas! The NOC technician is responsible for carrying out monitoring operations, and servicing and maintaining servers, network, and telecommunication equipment in a centralized data location. Requirements

• Moderate IT helpdesk, server, and networking knowledge.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Customer relations knowledge.
• Security knowledge.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook or similar programs.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Weekends required; on-call on a rotating basis.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
