About The Position

As a Network Operations Center (NOC) Coordinator, you will be responsible for auditing NOC cases to ensure accurate coding and reporting, producing KPI summaries and executive reports, and investigating major service-impacting events. The role supports training, documentation, and SharePoint management, collaborates on policy updates, and provides after-hours or on-call support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • 1-3 years working in the telecommunications industry is preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Attention to detail, problem solving skills, and ability to prioritize work.
  • Must enjoy a dynamic a continually changing work environment and willingness to adapt to changes in priority and focus.
  • Provide constructive, substantial, and respectful feedback as needed.
  • Ability to review the details in a fair & impartial manner while also understanding the big picture objectives.
  • Ability to get work completed with minimal oversight.
  • Task driven, consistent, and through.
  • Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Willingness to work as a team and independently.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Preparing department executive report summaries, slides, and presentations for meetings
  • Review trouble / work tickets from the previous week. Make corrections based upon established criteria for proper coding for complete and accurate reports.
  • Recommends coding modification to improve reporting from time to time.
  • Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for department documents, reports, and reference materials in SharePoint
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking training activities and records
  • Process requestions and invoices through Oracle financial system
  • Contribute toward departmental and company goals and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
