WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer who is bilingual in English and Korean to design, architect, and manage enterprise networks. This role involves leading the planning and implementation of scalable, secure network infrastructures using Cisco Catalyst and Nexus platforms, and optimizing complex routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and EVPN. The engineer will also deploy and manage F5 load balancing solutions, including custom iRules scripting, and serve as an escalation point for critical network issues, troubleshooting L2/L3 connectivity problems, hardware failures, and VPN disruptions. Securing network infrastructure with technologies like IPSec, 802.1x, TACACS+, and firewalls, and supporting multicast and manufacturing-specific protocols are key responsibilities. The position requires leading network upgrades and migrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors, and maintaining detailed network documentation and SOPs. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, 5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise network operations with a focus on Cisco devices, firewalls, and load balancers, and a CCNP Enterprise or CCIE certification. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network issues and experience with multicast in manufacturing environments are essential. The role requires residing within a 1-hour drive of Taylor, TX, and commuting to the office 5 days per week.
