Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in network and voice engineering.
• Experience with network and voice design, implementation, and maintenance in large-scale environments
• Deep understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of voice technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP, VoIP, PBX systems, QoS, and SBCs) with hands-on experience in enterprise voice environments.

Nice To Haves

• CCNP, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate are a plus.
