The role of the Network Administrator is to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient network connectivity across all campuses. The Network Administrator installs, configures, and maintains network infrastructure; monitors system performance; and proactively resolves issues to minimize downtime. The Network Administrator provides advanced technical support, collaborates closely with Information Technology (IT) staff and other college departments, and communicates effectively with stakeholders. The Network Administrator supports COA's cybersecurity posture, system stability, and commitment to delivering a dependable technology environment that advances the college's mission and goals. The Network Administrator receives supervision from the Director of Information Technology.
